Online certificated and non-certificated courses and programs are increasing steadily and gaining traction. For very many persons globally, they are the only opportunity for further education or for acquiring new skills for employment or improved performance at work. Sadly, qualifications issued by online course/program providers are not acceptable to very many employers and educational institutions in many countries, including Nigeria.

- What do you recommend to online learners, on one hand, and to policy makers and employers, on the other hand, regarding non-acceptance of qualifications from online programs, in order to encourage people to keep learning skills for employment/entrepreneurship?
